Description

This is a payment service of a Doctors note explaining the health challenges and/or diagnoses as well as the results of tests made with the parasite clinic for the patient to be used for external use such as insurance etc. This can only be ordered after a consultation has been conducted with Dr M Claussen.

If the note needs particular and specific work, Dr Claussen retains the right to increase the cost for this service – or to refund the purchase if patient prefers.
